Registration Policy
To register for one of our classes please call 617-254-8898 or 1-888-765-4950. Once you sign and return the "Registration Confirmation" via e-mail, fax or mail, you will be officially enrolled in our class. You will be charged the day of the class.

Cancellation Policy
Students canceling MORE than 14 days before the class start date will be assessed $250 for each class cancelled. A $50 administration fee will be forfeited and a $200 credit will remain good towards a future class of the same type. The $200 credit can only be forwarded one time and will be forfeited completely if student cancels twice for the same class. Students cancelling LESS than 14 days before the class start date will forfeit the full $250 per class cancelled. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Cancellations must be phoned in to 617-254-8898. One of our representatives will issue you a cancellation code as proof of cancellation.

If Faux Like a Pro cancels a class for whatever reason, a full refund will be made to all students. If a designated instructor is unable to teach the course, a substitute instructor of equal qualification and professionalism will be hired to teach.

Payment Policy
Faux Like a Pro requires a credit card to reserve your space in any of our classes. Your credit card will NOT be charged until the day each class begins. You may choose to bring check or cash the day of class as well. If you are enrolled in our Certified Applicator Program, you will be charged for each class individually, not the entire program at once.
