Fizzy Pigments are perfect for creating Frescos, leather, sand stone, tile, and stencil patterns. With a simple wash of color, you can create a natural texture with incredible depth. For ideal performance, wash over Faux Like a Pro plasters, stencils, and crackle products. This product can also be applied over any mineral surfaces such as brick, concrete, and stone. When using indoors or outdoors, make sure to seal Fizzy Pigments with a suitable sealer. Choose from five beautiful colors: Burnt Clay, Charcoal, Tobacco, Adobe Orange, and Desert Rose. Combine tablets to create your own custom shades.
Fizzy Pigments, 10 Tablets: Charcoal
APPLICATION: Place one tablet into 8 ounces of warm water stirring frequently to help facilitate the dissolving process. Wait a few minutes for each tablet to completely dissolve. Keep in mind, if you would like to increase the intensity of color, simply add more tablets to your mixture. Pigments may also settle to the bottom… stirring frequently will maintain a consistent blend. Next, dip a cellulose sponge into your Fizzy Pigment Mixture and squeeze out excess water. Using small circular motions, gently rub pigment over the plaster surface, revealing all texture created by the spatula or roller. Using the clean side of the sponge, further remove pigment by repeating circular motion. The more you rub, the lighter the finish will become creating a subtle natural finish. Try washing Fizzy Pigments over Faux Like A Pro’s stencils. Simply affix your stencil to the surface using low tack tape. Gently rub Fizzy Pigment over any stencil, varying the pressure to create a subtle faded look.
